At EVAJ Jewels, customer satisfaction is important to us.We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, used products cannot be returned.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Only Online Payment is accepted. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
